A staple in every Perth plant-lovers calendar, the Friends of Kings Park Native Plant Sale returns just in time for Botanic Gardens Week. These sales provide opportunities for buyers to build stunning gardens with plants not always available from commercial nurseries.
Plants are all grown by volunteers in the Kings Park nursery, which is accredited under the Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme Australia (NIASA).
The proceeds from sales go directly to the Friends of Kings Park, and are put towards supporting research and projects in Kings Park and Botanic Garden.
Please visit the Friends of Kings Park website for more information.
This event is located on a grass parkland surface. Please consider whether this surface is suitable for you prior to attending. More information about accessibility at Kings Park can be found here.

Kings Park is both one of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner city parks and also a rich cultural heritage site. It is home to the spectacular Western Australian Botanic Garden, which displays over 3,000 species of the State’s unique flora – a sight unlike anywhere else in the world. With cafes, bushland walk trails, immaculate gardens and a variety of children’s play areas, leave plenty of time on your visit to discover the many sides of Kings Park.
