Our new Junior Ranger program (established in 2026) will be making ‘seed bombs’ in the Nursery.

Our Grade 5 Rangers will learn how to clean, process, and sow native seeds.

Approximately 25% of Norfolk Island’s native plant species are endemic, and many occur in very small populations.

Plants grown in the nursery are helping to increase population sizes and ensure persistence of these species into the future.
